• We offer exchange on items found to be defected due to our fault (within 24hours after received)
• Defect (s) caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot be exchanged
• We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see woll depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see (example: the position of the flower may at different places)
• Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurement and this variance will not be considered as a defect
• SALE items are strictly NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE

You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (apart from sale items). Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to customers.. 

Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange IS Only Allowed if :

1. Items in their original condition i.e UNWRON, UNSED, UNALTERED, condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
2. Masfreenky will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
